We’re on the hunt for a passionate self-motivated IT Recruiter who’s fluent in French and ready to hit the ground running from anywhere in Europe. You’ll be part of a fast-paced international recruitment team delivering high-impact talent solutions across tech and digital roles (contract and permanent). This is not just a job. THE ROLE
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles across Europe (from sourcing to offer stage).
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social sourcing, and direct outreach.
- Engage with candidates providing a top-tier experience on both sides of the hiring table.
- Partner closely with account managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Constantly improve sourcing strategies; test, tweak, repeat.
- Stay updated on tech industry trends and proactively spot new sourcing opportunities.
Requirements
- 18 months of experience in IT / Tech recruitment (agency, RPO, or internal — we’re flexible).
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for a variety of technical roles (DevOps, Developers, Data, PMs, etc.).
- Fluent French speaker (B2 / C1); you’re confident communicating with clients and candidates alike.
- Solid spoken and written English (C1 min.) we operate across borders.
- Strong Boolean search skills and working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to thrive in a remote, results-oriented setup.
- A genuine passion for recruitment; this isn’t a pit stop, it’s the career lane you’ve chosen.
