A recruitment agency is seeking Freelance IT Recruiters to manage the hiring process for clients across Europe, with a special focus on Spain. The role requires a strong recruiter with hands-on experience, capable of independently source and place tech professionals from entry-level to senior roles. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the European tech market and be adept at using modern sourcing strategies.
We are hiring Freelance IT Recruiters with a proven track record in sourcing and placing IT professionals across a range of skill levels, from entry-level tech support to senior-level consultants and engineers, for clients in Europe, with a strong focus on Spain.
Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and manage candidates for various IT service roles, including helpdesk/support staff, senior software developers, cybersecurity experts, and cloud consultants.
Market Focus : Identify and engage tech talent specifically for the Spanish and broader European markets, adhering to relevant labour laws and GDPR compliance.
Client Needs Matching : Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand technical requirements, job scope, and cultural fit.
Sourcing Strategy : Use advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and freelance platforms, to build strong candidate pipelines.
Reporting : Provide timely updates on progress, candidate status, and market feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
3+ years of hands-on experience in technical/IT recruitment with a focus on Europe, especially Spain.
Strong understanding of the European tech talent landscape, particularly within Spain.
