  • Use a variety of tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Work closely with recruiters.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment
  • Proven track record of successful placements of Korean and Japanese candidates
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
