You will guide the business through the regulatory landscape of consumer credit and payments while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. • 4–6 years of experience in Consumer Law, ideally within consumer credit or financial services.
• Strong legal academic background and solid professional experience in the fintech sector.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Assess legal viability and regulatory risks of products.
• Lead regulatory matters related to credit and consumer regulation.
• Draft, review and update contracts driven by regulatory requirements.
• Handle responses to investigations from regulatory authorities.
• Anticipate regulatory changes and translate them into practical solutions.
