A leading technology services company is searching for a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to guide financial strategies and reporting. This role involves managing financial indicators, overseeing the budget process, and enhancing internal financial processes. The ideal candidate is a flexible team player with strong analytical and communication skills, holding a degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

Formación

  • Must meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upper-intermediate/advanced English skills required.
  • Experience in financial analysis or reporting preferred.

    Right now, we are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to join our team at Globant!


    You will get the chance to:

    • Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
    • Make an impact. Work in large-scale projects globally.
    • Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies to the company hierarchy, the personnel infrastructure and the way Globers grow in the organization.
    • Coordinate the financial closing on a monthly basis in coordination with other finance teams.
    • Analyze financial indicators for the company with a full P&L responsibility.
    • Lead the financial reporting to the management team and other areas of the organization.
    • Lead the Annual Budget Process and the Monthly Forecasting for the Region.
    • Review achievement results comparing Actuals vs Budgets.
    • Improve internal processes and tools to automate manual work.

    • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Microstrategy/PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
    • Excellent English skills (upper-intermediate / advanced).
