Search: Financial Controller

We are looking for a financial controller to support our growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing reports and analyzing key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Closing the monthly and quarterly accounts and supporting audits.
• Cost control and expense management for the funds.
• Relationships with auditors, advisors, and investors.
• Support the investment team in financial analysis and decision-making.
• Process optimization and improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Economics or Business Administration, with additional training in finance and / or law a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, auditing, or consulting (Big4, venture capital / private equity, startups, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and willingness to learn.
• High level of English and Spanish proficiency. Catalan, desirable.
