We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Consultant for the Spanish Market to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and optimizing the expenses feature of our HR software to clients, helping them streamline their financial processes and achieve greater efficiency in expense management.

About the Role: We’re looking for a Finance Consultant to join our growing consulting team at Factorial. You’ll work alongside 15+ consultants across Finance, Payroll, and Talent—helping build and scale our finance services offering. Finance Management is a key domain that includes Expenses Management, Accounts Payable / Procurement, Project Management, and Financial Workspace. Your main challenge will be to adapt our product to meet client needs by understanding their processes and identifying improvements. You’ll use your financial expertise and tech skills to support clients in optimizing their finance processes, deliver insights, and shape scalable service packages to drive growth.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead Finance Enablement: Help clients implement and optimize finance operations using Factorial’s solutions. Train teams, share best practices, and support automation.
2. Design Scalable Services: Create repeatable service packages from discovery to training and strategic advisory.
3. Act as a Trusted Advisor: Understand client needs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Support audit readiness and use analytics for cost savings.
4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure aligned delivery.
5. Bridge Product and Market: Provide feedback, support testing, and validate features to meet client needs.
6. Support Marketing: Contribute expertise to promote our finance solutions through campaigns and educational content.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or related; Master’s or certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in finance consulting, operations, or ERP/SaaS implementation.
• Languages: Fluency in English and native Spanish.
• Strong understanding of finance processes: approvals, expenses, budgeting, reporting.
• Experience with integrations/tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, SAP, Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in delivering structured services at scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on mindset, passionate about building from the ground up.
