Responsibilities

• Responsibility for financial controlling and reporting in accordance with IFRS and German regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for the executive team.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, HGB) as well as all tax and legal regulations.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support the company's strategic goals.
• Optimization and automation of financial processes using ERP systems (NetSuite) and Salesforce.
• Acting as a strategic finance partner to the executive leadership to support growth-related decision-making.
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team with a focus on efficiency and transparency.
• Supporting M&A and carve-out processes, including the integration of new financial systems.
