Una empresa técnica en San Fernando de Henares busca un Técnico de Servicio de Campo para realizar mantenimiento y configuración de sistemas en el lugar del cliente. Las responsabilidades incluyen mantenimiento de sistemas, diagnóstico remoto, y formación del cliente. Se requiere formación técnica y experiencia en servicio al cliente, así como competencias interpersonales y dominio del inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas, y la capacidad de viajar es esencial.

Formación

  • Buena educación general y formación técnica en mecánica, electrónica o eléctrica.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente en el campo y familiaridad con métodos de diagnóstico.
  • Conocimientos básicos de programación de software y habilidades de comunicación.

Responsabilidades

  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas Kardex.
  • Capacitación del cliente y gestión administrativa.

Job Description:

Field Service Technician work focuses on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Preventative & corrective maintenance of Kardex systems & solutions
  • Complete jobs in a timely manner according to set quality standards
  • Customer training (Operator, Health & Safety, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Generate leads
  • Administrative management tasks (reporting, personal spare parts inventory, etc.)
  • Provide remote diagnostics (via phone or remote connection)
  • On-call service to customers
  • PLC troubleshooting & diagnostics
  • Basic Software troubleshooting
  • Understand, promote and advise on Kardex Remstar products and services
Main Accountabilities:
  • Adhere to local Health and safety regulations
  • Positively represent the company with all external & internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the performance of the team by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing support and involvement in all activities
  • Ensure all customer feedback is recorded in a structured and professional manner to support our continuous improvement culture
  • Support the growth of Kardex Remstar by promoting a positive and professional image of our business at all times
  • Act as a trusted advisor
Profile:
  • Training/Education: Good general standard of education, Mechanic/Electronic/Electrical degree or training, CompTIA A+ or similar experience
  • Professional Experience: Experience in field customer service, familiarity with diagnostic methods, basic computer skills, technical/mechanical/electronic experience, experience with interfacing and integrating mechatronic machines into software systems like warehouse management and ERP, experience in industrial communication (Field bus, Ethernet, etc.), experience with onsite health and safety
  • Leadership/Other: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, confident, assertive team player, good interpersonal skills, ambitious, willing to travel, service-minded, English CEFR Level B1 (intermediate), B2 (upper intermediate); German/other languages valued; local language proficiency
  • Mechanical/Electronic Training: Familiar with diagnostic methods, troubleshooting skills, basic software programming knowledge, logistics knowledge/experience a plus, ability to work at height, willingness to travel, car license
