Typical Tasks and Duties:
- Customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services
- Assist in preparing quotes for customers
- Maintain detailed service records
- Participate in training and grade progression opportunities
- Stay updated on emerging technologies like automation and telematics
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new products
- Partner with the company to maximize sales and service
- Experience as a forklift mechanic is preferred but not essential
- Perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
