A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to support automotive clients in Madrid. This role focuses on translating technical requirements into commercial applications and requires experience in PCB design. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in electronics engineering and customer support. Competitive salary of €60k plus a 20% bonus offered.

Formación

• Degree in electronics engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in designing PCBs preferred.
• Familiarity with DC/DC converters essential.

Overview

Field Applications Engineer – PCB

Location: Europe

Salary: €60k + 20% bonus

I am currently working alongside a rapidly growing optical start-up who are seeking a Field Applications Engineer. As Field Applications Engineer you will be working with Automotive clients and translating their technical requirements into commercial ones. They are ideally seeking someone with experience designing PCB’s in an automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant electronics engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience designing electronic boards
• Experience using ICs and DC/DC converters to design PCBs
• Previous customer support experience either in a pre- or post-sales role
• Automotive experience is preferred
