Formación

The Opportunity / About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Manager to oversee and manage our outsourced facility. This role acts as the primary point of contact between our organization and third-party service providers, ensuring all facility-related services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal expectations. This is a strategic role focused on service performance, stakeholder satisfaction, risk mitigation, and cost management. Additionally, you will support the Real Estate team in leading renovations or new construction projects across our offices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Third-Party Management

  • Monitor and manage the performance of the external facilities management (FM) provider.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contract terms are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular service reviews, audits, and performance evaluations.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and other regulations across all facilities.
  • Identify and escalate risks related to building operations, safety, or contractual non-compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the interface between internal stakeholders and the FM provider.
  • Gather and address feedback from employees, department heads, and leadership regarding facilities services.
  • Support change management and communication for facility-related projects and activities.

Cost & Contract Oversight

  • Monitor facility-related budgets and costs, including service invoices and CAPEX planning.
  • Participate in contract renewals, procurement processes, and vendor evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for service or cost improvements without compromising quality or compliance.

Project & Space Management Support

  • Support workplace initiatives such as office reconfigurations, small works, or sustainability upgrades.
  • Coordinate projects delivered by the FM provider, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Qualifications / Who Are We Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management and construction project delivery.
  • Solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), regulatory compliance, space planning, and construction methods.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with construction laws, codes, and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of HSE standards and FM compliance.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management expertise.
  • Ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Facility Management certifications.
