Your mission

Support commercial management to drive sales in Russia, Lithuania, Belarus, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Ireland and Denmark, contributing to the achievement of annual objectives. Maintain constant contact with local distributors and actively participate in the development projects of each market, defined by both the distributors and the company.

How will you do it?
  • Build relationships with government authorities and other entities (initially focused on approach, later on sales).
  • Manage all aspects of commercialization in the assigned countries: order coordination, follow‑up, and payment control.
  • Expand territories, clients, and business volume.
  • Identify new markets and distributors to generate demand.
  • Participate in trade shows and events for client prospecting.
  • Plan activities according to commercial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain products, including registrations.
  • Prepare activity reports and commercial reporting.
What Are We Looking For?
  • University degree in Agronomy, Biology, Agricultural Chemistry, or similar fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of international sales experience in the agricultural, crop protection, fertilizer, or biostimulant sector in the countries listed above, with knowledge of logistical, regulatory, and cultural barriers.
  • Proven experience in market entry, distributor management, negotiating commercial agreements, and monitoring objectives.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1, essential for meetings, reports, and coordination); fluent Russian, Polish, or other local languages is highly valued.
  • Availability for frequent travel (approximately 20–30% of the time).
  • Flexible working hours (considering time zones in Central Asia and Eastern Europe).
What knowledge do you need?
  • Technical and commercial knowledge related to fertilizers and crops.
  • In‑depth understanding of the assigned territory, including local agricultural input regulations (registrations, labeling, permitted products) and the competitive market.
  • Proficiency in CRM, advanced Excel, and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work with sales targets, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Capacity to organize marketing and commercial actions such as Reverse Missions, Direct Missions, Campaigns, etc.
  • Experience in international trade shows (Macfrut, Fruit Logistica, GrowTech, etc.) is a plus.
