Customer Care Specialist
Manage the assigned client portfolio, meeting the agreed deadlines for each process and ensuring optimal quality in the results delivered. You'll be the voice of our client — a leading financial institution — providing top-tier customer service in both German and English, via phone and email. Provide services that satisfy our customers' needs to ensure global compliance and sustainability and improve performance. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. You will support the development of brand strategies for the Spanish market while collaborating closely with both local and international teams. NewCold is a service provider in cold chain logistics with a focus on the development and operation of large, highly automated cold stores.
Job Requirements
To manage the delivery of policies and strategies that minimise and mitigate risks to improve Health and Safety resilience throughout TJX Spain. Provide advice and guidance on all Health and Safety issues to raise awareness and enable compliance through effective Health and Safety management programmes. Work with key stakeholders to agree and implement corporate business goals and objectives.
