My name is Andrej, and I’m the Founder & CEO of HoloGrowth, an eCommerce Growth Agency that scales brands to 7 & 8 figures in revenue. I’m looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to partner with me and enable greatness for the agency, help keep communication up to date, priorities clear, and keep distractions out of the way.

YOUR ROLE

• Be Andrej’s second brain. Flag priorities, remove bottlenecks, and proactively solve challenges
• Help Andrej focus on growth and key decisions without distractions
• Manage and prioritize Andrej’s calendar (and sanity)
• Act as gatekeeper for internal & external communication (Slack, Email, Google Meet)
• Handle scheduling, meeting prep, follow-ups, inbox zero, and admin tasks
• See around corners. Remove obstacles. Solve problems before they escalate.

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU :

• Write and speak clear, native-level English and care deeply about clarity and tone
• Love systems, structured processes, and helping others perform at their best
• Take initiative, think ahead, and own your work with confidence
• Are reliable, detail-obsessed, and highly organized: the kind of person who double-checks everything
• Have experience supporting a CEO, founder, or manager in a dynamic business environment (agency or startup is a big plus)
• Prioritize time well & help others do the same
• Can handle confidential information with full discretion and trust

BONUS POINTS IF YOU :

• Speak or understand German
• Have experience in Digital Marketing: terms like ROI, CPA, CBO, or PMax are already part of your vocabulary
• Never want to stand still and are always looking for ways to optimize
