The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, organised and proactive Events Manager to help us deliver exceptional virtual and in-stadia advertising technology for the world\'s leading sports clubs, leagues and federations. You’ll play a key role in delivering world-class sporting events, ensuring flawless planning, technical delivery and smooth operations across our live and virtual event portfolio. Your mission

• Plan and coordinate logistics, crew and equipment for events
• Compile event playlists and process event artwork
• Create call sheets, technical books and broadcaster-ready documents
• Support budgeting and ensure accurate operational costings
• Actively record and review event data to create continually improved events

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in sports broadcast, events or operations
• Strong planning, problem-solving and budget management skills
• Excellent communicator with senior stakeholders and clients
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing others in a project management environment
• Confident with Microsoft Office; bonus points for Monday.com, NetSuite and TravelPerk
• Passion for sport and some flexibility to support live events (occasional evenings/weekends)
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Mobility – some travel may be required periodically as part of the role
