What You’ll Do

As an Engagement Manager at CoreX, you’ll lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives from kickoff to closeout — ensuring customers achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Owning end‑to‑end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for customers, internal teams, and program leadership.
  • Translating business objectives into structured delivery plans using CoreX and ServiceNow methodologies.
  • Managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving clear decision‑making.
  • Leading daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, project governance, and overall program cadence.
  • Anticipating risks and proactively establishing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring project documentation, records, and knowledge transfer are complete and accurate.

Collaborating with Sales to shape Statements of Work (SOWs).

Spotting up‑sell or cross‑sell opportunities and channelling them appropriately.

Maintaining project data and reporting in our professional services tools.

What You Bring
  • Degree in a related field and 2+ year of experience in IT Service Management consulting.
  • 1+ year working with ServiceNow (implementation or support) in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ITIL processes.
  • Experience delivering technology projects using Web Technologies (XML, JavaScript, HTML, Web Services).
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, including with senior stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong documentation, structured thinking, and analytical decision‑making.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects across different teams or regions.
Preferred Certifications

(Not all required — but the more the stronger the match)

  • ITIL v3 or v4
  • Scrum Master
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
