A leading aerospace company in Spain is looking for an Electrical Systems Engineer. This role involves integrating electrical assemblies and conducting 3D studies of equipment and harnesses. Candidates should hold an engineering degree and demonstrate proficiency in CATIA V5 software. The position requires negotiation-level Spanish and advanced English or French skills. Employment is permanent, with responsibilities spanning design integration and production support.

Formación

Job Description

Join us to build the exciting future of electrical systems engineering at Airbus Helicopter together.

You will work in a multidisciplinary and autonomous team with the mission of creating innovative solutions to satisfy our customers, in an environment of trust.

This adventure, based on listening and mutual assistance, will allow you to develop your technical know‑how around embedded systems serving the industry.

In an innovative digital environment at the cutting edge of technology, you will join a dynamic department in charge of the integration of electrical assemblies on our platforms.

Your mission will consist of carrying out 3D studies for the integration of equipment and harnesses in a DMU (Digital Mock‑Up) environment so that the safety and reliability of our helicopters are ensured.

Responsibilities

• 3D creation of electrical equipment installation with CATIA V5
• 3D creation of electrical harness routing with the CATIA V5 EHI module
• Studies and positioning of harness supports
• 3D creation of interface drawings with the surrounding environment
• Creation of manufacturing drawings for parts and equipment assemblies in 2D (CATIA V5)
• Creation of manufacturing drawings for harnesses with CATIA V5 modules
• Creation of harness installation documentation with 3DVia
• Impact analysis in the event of modification
• Interface with other departments / professions within the design office
• Production support whether on the assembly line or in production centres
• Guarantor of the QUALITY approach
• Business trips are potentially expected (two to three per year) and, as a result, you must be willing to travel accordingly.

Profile

• Holder of a bachelor degree or master in the field of engineering/aeronautics or a related discipline.
• Equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment
• Creation of drawings for production
• Usage of a DMU and 3D environment
• Mastery of CATIA V5 software with specific electrical modules
• Knowledge of the installation regulations for electrical equipment and devices in the aeronautical environment
• You like working in a complex environment and accepting changes in priorities
• Ability to step back and have an overview of a project
• Soft skills: methodology and rigor, team spirit and dynamism, transparent communication, a positive attitude even in times of difficulty (being constructive), knowing how to work on a plateau
• Language skills: Negotiation level in Spanish and advanced level in English and / or French.
