EFI is looking for Electrical and Control Engineering professionals for our fast-growing business unit in Almazora, Spain. The role focuses on supporting the electrical and control systems of our printers in the field.

In this role, you will report issues, support our Field Service Engineers, and perform service and manual procedures related to building materials and the corrugated market. You will have the opportunity to be part of a service engineering team that works across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Applications disciplines. Main duties and responsibilities:

• Provide top-level technical support for our products
• Collaborate with Sustaining Engineering to develop product modifications
• Create and implement solutions for field and customer service issues
• Work with training developers to create content for new product training
• Manage technical documentation and ensure its accuracy
• Update product content on the service website
• Review product documentation for technical accuracy
• Electrical & Controls Engineering tasks
• Be a good team player
• Availability to travel
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to process improvements
• Focus on customer assistance and experience

Job requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Control Engineering
