As a virtual Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients through various channels, resolve issues, and offer expert product guidance, all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to clients in Dutch via phone, email, and chat from your remote location

  • Educate clients on the effective use of our products and services
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve our service offerings

Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
