Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives across current and emerging international markets.
• Identify and activate collaborations with top universities, hospitals, research centers, companies and strategic partners.
• Represent the company in international visits, high‑level meetings, conferences and institutional events.
• Work closely with the CEO and COO to align opportunities with technology, operations and REGEMAT3 D’s long‑term vision.
• Track global trends to propose strategic directions, new models of collaboration and new areas of expansion.
• Maintain strong communication channels with scientific, clinical and industrial collaborators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic growth roles within medical devices, biotech, 3 D printing, biomedical engineering or deep‑tech.
• Strong ability to build, nurture and manage high‑value relationships.
• Full availability for international travel, meeting collaborators and visiting key partners.
• Excellent communication, representation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• EU work authorization required.
• Proactive mindset, global vision and strong interest in science, engineering and breakthrough technologies.
