Overview

At Iberostar we are looking for a Director of Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (EIB) to join our Global People (HR) team. We are seeking an experienced and strategic EIB Director to drive initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and works closely with the Communications Department, Sustainability Office, and the Talent department. The main mission is to lead efforts to create an environment where every team member feels connected, valued, and motivated. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with expertise in Inclusion, Equity and Belonging best practices and a strong understanding of employee engagement strategies across a diverse and multinational workforce.

Job Location: based in our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
