We have successfully collaborated with industry leaders such as Wallapop, Glovo, Banc Sabadell, among others.

Our focus is on people-centric approaches and optimizing selection processes. Our mission is to revolutionize companies by seamlessly integrating top-tier talent. What sets us apart is our in-depth understanding of each partner, addressing their needs and capturing their essence.

We are currently seeking a Digital Talent Recruiter for a temporary 2-month project (until the end of May), with immediate availability to start.

Role:

  • Own the entire recruiting lifecycle: from initiating a new search, developing job descriptions, creating evaluation strategies, sourcing, to closing candidates.
  • Advertise vacancies.
  • Headhunt.
  • Qualify and interview candidates.
  • Manage the recruiting process directly with partners (founders, CEOs, hiring managers, or management teams).
  • Develop your own network of candidates.
  • Maintain professional and direct communication with candidates to manage each step and foster long-term relationships.
  • Follow-up with candidates and partners.
  • Prepare interview reports.
  • Coordinate with the team of recruiters.

Requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately until the end of May.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Passionate about new technologies, digital trends, and people.
  • Easy-going and hands-on personality.
  • Comfortable contacting people with excellent communication skills; you enjoy making an impact and helping others.
  • Highly organized and methodical.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).
  • Residing in Spain.
