Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable digital requirements.
- Collaborate with digital and IT teams to explore and implement solutions within existing HCM platforms.
- Drive simplification and standardization of digital processes across geographies.
- Benchmark external market practices and recommend enhancements to digital strategies.
- Partner with COE, HRDS, Digital Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits modules of HCM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and analytics tools to monitor effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in digital processes.
Qualifications Required
- 8–10 years of experience in the Digital Rewards space.
- Extensive collaboration with Centers of Excellence (COE).
- Deep understanding of rewards philosophy, fundamentals, and strategy execution.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM ERP system (preferably Oracle Fusion).
- Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system configuration or implementation of Oracle Fusion Compensation or Benefits modules.
- Consulting experience is beneficial.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies in digital projects.
- Certification in HR technology platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience working in a multinational organization.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security standards in HR systems.
- Understanding of change management principles and practices.
