A global entertainment company is seeking a Digital Content Manager in Madrid to oversee and manage content across its EMEA websites. In this role, you will coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless digital experiences and maintain high editorial standards. Required experience includes over 3 years in digital content management and a strong background in CMS. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a degree in Digital Marketing or Journalism.

• 3+ years’ experience in digital content management, ideally in media or entertainment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience working on international projects is a plus.

• Help build the digital backbone of Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, and more.
• Manage and update content across multiple EMEA websites using in-house CMS.

We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our EMEA team – someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology, and who’s passionate about delivering world-class digital experiences.

This position is for 6 months and will be based 4 days a week at the office.

• Execute branded content campaigns from brief to publication, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Web Support, Brand Partnerships) to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Oversee digital assets for campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Monitor site performance and traffic, identifying issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to maintain high editorial standards across multiple languages and markets.

Your Background

• 3+ years’ experience in digital content management, ideally in media or entertainment.
• Strong CMS experience and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience working on international projects is a plus.
