What you will be doing

You will work on international projects within squads comprising members from Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Communication will be in English and memes, using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

You will collaborate with team members and clients to define, design, and develop new functionalities, applying SOLID principles and creating unit tests validated through CI in Azure DevOps and measured with Sonar.

The first week

You will receive your MacBook PRO and setup assistance. Alfredo Gil, our Managing Partner and CTO, will introduce you to colleagues. You will begin training and enjoy your first free weekly meal.

In 30 days

You will be an active team member, adding value with your professional work. You will help shape our culture and improve your English through social events. You’ll discover your new project’s challenges and, with team support, be running at full capacity soon.

In three months

You will take responsibility for a key part of the e-commerce project, receiving recognition from the client. You’ll perform at your best, impacting thousands of clients daily, and pass your trial period successfully, choosing your hardware and celebrating your achievements.

Where you will be doing it:

Our offices are in Edificio Europa, Avenida de Aragon, Valencia, on the 13th floor with stunning city and sea views. The area offers restaurants, cafes, shops, gyms, green spaces, and excellent public transport options.

What you bring:

• Good English skills (B2/C1).
• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with solid understanding of core principles.
• Experience with JAVA 17+.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog is a plus).
• Ability to work with scalable, distributed systems.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Github Enterprise and Actions.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
