Overview

We are seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to review demand trends, develop forecast models, and support supply planning activities for the region(s) in charge.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the Supply Planning (Fulfillment) for each region or country in charge.
• Review stock levels on a monthly basis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Interact with sales and marketing to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Collaborate in other projects of the Demand & Supply Planning Area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Business Administration or Engineering Degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in similar positions.
• Previous experience in cosmetic, pharma, FMCG or life science industries.
• Languages: English & Spanish Advanced.
• Deeper knowledge of SAP and Excel.
