Una empresa de consultoría de ingeniería busca un Senior Project Delivery Practitioner en Vigo para liderar iniciativas de integración B2B. Se requiere experiencia de 5-8 años en gestión de delivery, conocimientos en SAFe y un alto nivel de inglés. El candidato ideal será proactivo, comunicativo y capaz de trabajar de manera autónoma, responsable de la entrega de proyectos y la supervisión de operaciones. Ofrecemos un horario flexible y un ambiente laboral diverso y en crecimiento.

Formación

• 5–8 años de experiencia como Delivery Manager o Scrum Master.
• Dominio del inglés a nivel C1.
• Experiencia en entornos Agile escalados.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar la ejecución diaria de operaciones.
• Actuar como líder de servicio y coach Agile.
• Coordinar actividades de integración garantizando calidad.
• Impulsar la excelencia operativa y resolución de riesgos.

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Practitioner to support B2B and File Integration initiatives within our partner global leader in pharma.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution to ensure services meet business expectations and agreed SLAs.
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, facilitating Agile team events and processes.
• Support teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering continuous value.
• Coordinate integration-related activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive operational excellence, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Who are you?

• 5–8 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Lead.
• Strong expertise in SAFe and scaled Agile environments.
• Proven experience in integration projects (preferably B2B and file integration).
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of operational delivery.
• A proactive, structured, and accountable professional with strong communication skills.
• High level of English (C1).
• Must be based in Madrid.
