Key job responsibilities

• Lead and develop high‑performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth
• Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions
• Manage complex infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance
• Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and team development

• Experience in data center engineering or operations
