Overview

Location: Madrid. Other locations: Primary Location Only. Date: 9 Sept 2025.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead and data solution architect.
• Lead delivery teams focused on data architecture, database management, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Oversee projects within MS Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks environments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in commercial activities, including building proposals, proof of concepts (PoCs), and presentations.
• Ensure quality control of deliverables and offerings, implementing best practices and standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data management and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or any relevant field.
• Experience designing and building Solution Architecture for data solutions.
• Experience in Data Architecture frameworks, data modelling, data governance and cloud environments.
• Comfortable handling client facing roles and commercial exposure.
• Experience with presales, capable of understanding requirements and building data solutions.
• Capable of building proposals, and leading projects including resources management (budgeting, team planning, etc).
• Industry experience in Consulting or financial services is valued.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Databricks, MS, Snowflake.
• Experienced in Data Architecture frameworks, data modelling, data governance and cloud environments.
