We are seeking a Data Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives by streamlining workflows and developing scalable data solutions that improve performance and enable data-driven decisions.

Mission

Your role is to drive digital transformation by automating workflows and delivering high-quality data solutions that optimize performance and support informed decision-making. You will work across the entire data stack, from ETL pipelines and data modeling to developing impactful BI dashboards, ensuring technical excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

You will also manage operational issues, address escalations, and support incident and problem management to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Functions
  • Automate and optimize business processes through scripting and data tools.
  • Design and develop scalable data architecture and pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and BI reports (Power BI).
  • Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions through testing and best practices.
  • Monitor application performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic goals.
  • Support data governance, reporting standards, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousing.
  • Proven experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS services, and data engineering tools.
  • Strong skills in Python, Apache Airflow, Spark, and Lambda functions.
  • Experience deploying end-to-end data solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and BI tools like Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of database design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with data architecture, pipelines, and cloud services (AWS).
