Customer Service Advisor Role – Travel Support for Danish Customers
  • Provide first-class assistance to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat on travel-related queries.
  • Support bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding travel products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve issues or escalate complex cases, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, product offerings, and industry regulations.

Key Qualifications – Danish-Speaking Travel Customer Support
  • Fluent in Danish (C1 or native) and proficient in English (B2 or above) for workplace communication.
