Formación

  • 2 years experience in a sales driven role.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cycling Tour Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for cycling and travel with a talent for sales, communication, and creating exceptional customer journeys. As a key member of our sales team, you will guide prospective clients through the tour selection and booking process, ensuring they find the perfect cycling experience tailored to their needs and dreams.

Essential Experience
  • Fluent in English
  • 2 years experience in a sales driven role
  • Good knowledge of cycling tours
  • Exceptional organisational & time manangement skills
  • Computer literate with an ability to work across multiple systems.
  • Confident in taking phone calls & building instant rapport with customers
  • A love and passion for cycling. Aligned with Eat Sleep Cycle values.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience using a CRM and a reservations system
Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and close bookings with a goal of exceeding the sales target
  • Answer the phone and ensure a quick, informative & friendly response
  • Complete pro-active sales actions as required to generate new leads
  • Build long-term relationships with guests to ensure Eat Sleep Cycle is always their first choice for their next cycling tour
  • Analyse guest feedback after their tour and follow-up with phone calls
Extras
  • Provide input for the marketing team based on customer feedback
  • Provide input into new product development based on customer demand and feedback
  • Provide support in maintaining accurate product descriptions and pricing across the website and booking system
Contract details
  • 40hr full time contract
  • The role is based in our office in Fornells de la Selva, Girona
  • Salary negotiable subject to experience
