Position: Customer Expert

What You Will Be Doing
  • Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from customers.
  • Providing information and assistance on products including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools and more.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Processing warranty claims, repairs and replacements.
  • Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
