JR Spain busca un especialista en éxito del cliente para unirse a su equipo de Trading. Las responsabilidades incluyen guiar a los clientes en el uso de productos, proporcionar retroalimentación a los equipos de producto y maximizar la adopción y retención. Se valora un título en ingeniería y habilidades de comunicación en inglés. Ofrecemos horarios flexibles, trabajo remoto y 22 días de vacaciones, además del 24 y 31 de diciembre.

Formación

• Habilidades de comunicación en inglés (nivel alto, B2 o superior) y/o otros idiomas.
• Experiencia laboral en equipos de trading eléctrico.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar retroalimentación de las solicitudes de clientes a los equipos de Producto.
• Guiar a los clientes durante la incorporación y maximizar el valor de los productos de Isotrol.
• Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

The Position:

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can help achieve them.
• Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
• Collect and pass on user feedback for product development.
• Identify new opportunities for product extension with sales teams.
• Analyze product usage to identify actions, success stories, and risks, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Have extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

Skills and Experience:

• Good communication skills in English (High level, B2 or above) and/or other languages.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Work experience in electrical trading teams.

• Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
