A leading company in design software seeks a Customer Success Manager for Construction to enhance customer adoption of their solutions. This role provides strategic assistance to enterprise clients in the construction sector, requiring fluency in German and a strong background in project management. Successful candidates will excel in driving customer satisfaction and retention while maximizing the value derived from Autodesk's cloud solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager for Construction within our Customer Success organisation for Enterprise business, retaining and expanding our enterprise customers in the construction domain is one of our most important tasks and we understand that enabling continuous adoption of our cloud solutions and fulfilling our customers’ desired business outcomes is critical to building lasting trusted relationships with our customers and ultimately driving revenue for Autodesk.
Reporting to the EMEA Manager of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager for Construction is a strategic and trusted partner to your assigned customers, ensuring their desired business outcomes are being achieved. You will be the main driver for solution adoption, expanding your network within the customer to identify and build repeatable adoption plays by collecting product data, customer feedback and analyzing patterns of successful customers. Utilizing these plays, you will drive the success of your customers and align on objectives and progress in Business Reviews. Additionally, you will act as a voice of the customer towards the strategic vision for our construction business. With your German language skills you will be supporting the DACH regions.
