  • Support clients with issues related to cards and transactions.
  • Provide clear information and guide customers through problem resolution.
  • Log interactions and follow internal case management procedures.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with empathetic, solution-oriented communication.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in German + good command of English.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfort working in a structured environment with sensitive financial data.
