A leading financial service provider is seeking a customer service representative fluent in German and English to join their team in Madrid. The position involves supporting clients via phone and email for a prominent financial institution. Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

Requirements

Required languages: German C1+ and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.

Required experience: Experience in customer service.

  • Residence in Málaga or willing to relocate.
What do we offer you?
  • Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
  • Full time 39 hours / week.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm.
  • Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
  • Salary of 23.5k€ gross per year.
