The role involves providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or social media. Candidates must have a strong command of English and Spanish, along with previous experience in customer service. INFO: The Schedule for the afternoon-shift position is 4:00 pm to 00:00 am (5 days/week) with 30 minutes of break.
