DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Showcase communication skills such as listening, empathy, and the ability to personalize every customer conversation.
- Guide customers with their questions and ensure they are offered the right solutions, leaving a big smile on their face.
- Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processes.
- Strive for high performance by focusing on key KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch (C2) with C1 English level.
- Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
- Calm and empathetic when dealing with (difficult) customers.
- Curious and passionate about investigating and using creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Target-driven with a desire to exceed expectations.
Additional Details
- Shifts between 14:00 - 23:00.
- Full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
- Fully on-site (no remote work possibilities).
- Part of a dynamic and international team (25+ nationalities).
- Support with Spanish administration.
- Pay: €19,000 - €19,500 per year.
