They are looking for a Sports Customer Advisor with a sporty and positive attitude to join their team in Barcelona. Together with their young and dynamic team, you will offer the best possible experience for customers all over the EMEA region.

Key Languages :

  • Native or fluent level of Dutch
  • Fluent level of English

Main Responsibilities :

  • Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales)
  • Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
  • Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided

Core Skills / experience :

  • Able to work from Barcelona
  • Enjoy taking care of and helping people
  • Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
  • Attentive, empathetic, flexible, and proactive
  • Passionate about sports
  • Eager to learn
