Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts, and resolve user demands.
• Log call details into call management systems and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of products and applications relevant to customers.
• Escalate potential service issues to mentors.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Polish and English.
• Knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
• Strong customer care skills, including active listening and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to take ownership of calls and escalate issues when necessary.

Benefits

• Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
• Salary: €18,400 gross/year + up to €1,200 gross/year in bonuses.
