Formación

At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications, we are looking for a Customer Product Manager for our Customer Product Management department where we focus on providing advice and technical support to our customers for the subsequent development of specific projects based on SIM / eSIM / IoT technologies as well as the systems that manage the services related to these technologies.

Project Management Responsibilities
  • Advise and provide technical support of the products to the customer, to the department itself, to other departments within the company and to other companies of the group.
  • Evaluating projects requested by customers, determining their feasibility and setting priorities.
  • Definition of the general specifications of the projects according to the needs of the customer.
  • Coordinate with MS Product Integration world-wide, or other companies, the development of applications demanded by customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales the successful delivery of the product within the stipulated time, monitoring the product and the first production(s).
  • Communication and coordination with MS Product Integration to get to know the products and services that are being developed.
  • Communication, collaboration and coordination, with the other departments of G+D MS and other G+D MS companies of the group for matters of their functionality.
Product Management Responsibilities
  • Offer technical support to the Sales domain in products and services promotion tasks (meetings with customer, sales presentations, training courses, etc.).
  • Train the customer and their collaborators in the use of MS products and services.
  • Will be responsible for one or more specific technologies/products/services, being the "expert" in which the rest of the members of the organization will be supported.
  • Providing technical consulting services, identifying customer needs and promoting MS products and services.
Education and Experience
  • University or technical college degree in Electrical, Computer, Telecommunications, specializing in Telematics or Electronic Systems, Engineering; or Technical Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electronics; or similar degree
  • 2 years as project or product manager in a market similar to MS, or
  • 5 years as developer or tester from a MS type product integration
Skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English / Fluent written and spoken Spanish / Fluent written and spoken French is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer’s national language at an intermediate level is preferable
  • Microsoft Office skills at an advanced user level
  • Basic SAP knowledge is preferable
  • High degree of business acumen in regards to communication skills, technical skills/product knowledge, problem solving, time management, diplomacy, stress resistance/self-control, proactive, negotiation/commercial vision skills, social skills, teamwork, self-taught, customer-oriented
