Formación

Your contribution

In this challenging and important role, you will be part of the Customer Operations Team. Customer Operations is a cross functional collaborative team that is the focal point between Customer, Sales, Service, and Operations. The team aims to ensure that all responses are handled in a timely manner with expertise and proficiency, all needs are met whilst ensuring processes are aligned, optimised and compliant.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Process customer orders / contracts from order entry to invoicing
  • Management of contracts / warranty and creation of stakeholder notifications
  • Ensure accurate timely information to key stakeholders in the order management process (such as : customers, suppliers, service and sales colleagues)
  • Organize and monitor transportation associated to orders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders : e.g. provide information on order status, delivery status, invoicing…
  • Maintaining an accurate order inventory and various internal reports.
  • Creating & maintaining customer accounts (existing and newly created) in the ERP system.
  • Administrative support for CO Team / other regional offices in Europe when required (Back up during vacation, sick leave)

Your background

  • Degree in Commercial Administration or similar
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position (Customer Service, sales support or back-office function)
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Basic Logistic Knowledge
  • Independent way of working, strong sense of service, able to communicate internally and externally.
