About the Role
Reporting to a Bullhorn Product Manager, you will be on the front lines as the groups first point of contact, responsible for understanding and empathizing with the technical challenges they’re facing and how these challenges impact their business. Supporting our companies with the Bullhorn system within the group + 3 products (ATS, Analytics, and Automation), your primary goal will be to troubleshoot issues and ensure our ATS is back up and running so business teams can complete their work smoothly.

Ability to analyze and diagnose system issues effectively.
You are a quick learner who canconfidently articulate software-related and technical concepts
️ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
️ Fluent inEnglish and either French or Spanish (ideally all three).
Preferred
An Advantage, but Not Essential
Additional Information:
️ 23 Holidays + Loyalty days (up to 7 days)

2 days remote per week - progressively

Summer and Christmas events
Living in Barcelona - EU citizenship or work permit -mandatory
Only candidates having EU citizenship/work permit allowing you to work in the Spain would be considered for this role.
