Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performance for mostly Meta ad creatives
• Align creatives with performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and drive measurable results
• Write clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, and others, focusing on direct-response marketing
• Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to ensure creative success
• Analyze A/B test data to optimize ads and drive conversions
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on Meta ad trends
• Copywrite compelling ad copy (headlines, CTAs) optimized for sales and lead generation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles, with a focus on Meta ads
• Portfolio showcasing successful U.S. market Meta campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Creative and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent English skills and ability to adapt to the U.S. market
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500 - 4500 EUR/month.

Location
