You will craft and execute a go-to-market strategy while inspiring and leading a team. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record in team leadership and commercial strategy execution. Key Responsibilities


  • Setting up and managing country operations

  • Crafting and executing a go-to-market strategy

Key Requirements


  • Native Spanish fluency

  • 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (management consulting, banking, startup, or similar)

  • Proven experience in team leadership

  • A track record of designing and executing commercial strategies

  • Experience with sales to large enterprise customers (fintech, banking, OEMs)
