Formación

• Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia relevante en un entorno legal o corporativo.

• Proporcionar apoyo legal continuo a los departamentos internos.
• Asistir en la resolución de posibles disputas con terceros.
• Coordinar con asesores legales externos.

Descripción del empleo

As a seasoned legal professional, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to internal departments on various legal matters.

The ideal candidate should have :

• A Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Law (admission to bar or equivalent preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish civil and commercial law, and familiarity with EU regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment.

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing ongoing legal support to internal departments.
• Assisting in resolving potential disputes with third parties.
• Coordinating with external legal advisors.
• Supporting the Board of Directors.
• Managing risk and compliance matters.
• Reviewing contracts and legal documents.
