Job description :

To support the Corporate IT Systems Manager in the administration and maintenance of IT tools and infrastructure. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and SAP at the infrastructure level. The IT Administrator will demonstrate a proactive and committed attitude, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of the IT environment

Your major accountabilities :

• Assist in the administration of Microsoft-based systems and tools (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Support the infrastructure aspects of SAP systems and OpenText in coordination with the IT Systems Manager.
• Monitor and maintain IT hardware, software, network and communications components.
• Provide first-level support to end users and escalate issues when necessary.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to the implementation of new technologies.
• Document IT procedures and maintain system records.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and standards
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

We would like you to have :

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Sharepoint).
• Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
• Understanding of SAP ERP and OpenText Content Suite / Extended ECM infrastructure components (e.g., servers, databases, connectivity, user management).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities with technical and non-technical users.
• User management
• Availability to travel 10%
• Language : English and Spanish (fluent) and German (desirable)
