An international education provider in Madrid is seeking an Academic Coordinator to manage academic programs and student support. Key responsibilities include maintaining partnerships with local universities, supervising course development, and advising students. The ideal candidate has a university degree, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has experience in customer service. This is a temporary contract position that offers a unique opportunity to engage in a supportive academic environment.
The Madrid Academic Coordinator position involves a combination of administrative, academic, and student support responsibilities to ensure the management,developmentand success of the academic components of all programs hosted by CEA CAPA in Madrid. Proactivity,curiosity,and a positive attitude are key to the fulfilment of this position.
The Academic Coordinator reports directly to the Madrid Academic Director and collaborates regularly and consistently with various departments at CEA CAPA Headquarters, Madrid Center and other CEA CAPA locations to prepare for and execute all Center programs.
The Academic Coordinator also contributes to the working relationship with the academic institutions that CEA partners in Madrid. In addition, this position works closely with other CEA CAPA centers and Academic positions to identify best practices across and to support implementation of such practices in Madrid.
This is a temporary contract position.
